HSE Policy

prevention of accidents, equipment’s and material damage, as well as the protection of health and environment by adhering to the following convictions:

  • • Wide-spread awareness of health, safety and environmental programs.
  • • The implementation of the “On- site safety rules and regulations” as defined and documented in our safety plan.
  • • Compliance with the safety regulations as stipulated in contracts.
  • • Reporting and documentation of any accident resulting in personal injury and/ or damage to equipment and materials.
  • • Monthly reporting on total man-hours versus lost time accidents.

 

A safety plan is prepared accordingly to ensure strict adherence to the contracts as well as fire & safety regulations. Our Company quality objectives are to complete projects in accordance with the agreed programs, specification and cost, to the highest standards of quality and efficiency whilst ensuring that statutory and regulatory requirements are complied with and client expectations are met. Our Company is fully committed to the Quality Management System and its continued improvement, and has assigned responsibility in this regard to the Managing Personnel, whose duties include ensuring that Management Review meetings are held at regular intervals to review the system’s effective operation and development. The Company’s Quality Management System conforms to the requirements of ISO. It is subject to regular examination and assessment by an independent certification authority, which ensures a process of constant evaluation and improvement. Our Company also conforms to Environment Management System (ISO) and Health & Safety Management System (OHSAS). This benefits our Clients and how we conduct our business, while enhancing the standing of Our Company in the construction industry.

Shams Al-Nakheel Company for General Trade and Contracting strives to provide its customers with quality and reliable services at the most competitive cost, and enhances its reputation through continual growth and improvement to become a leader in its scope of supply.

One of SNC main concern is Quality and Customer Satisfaction, which is shown by its dedication for improvement through ISO 9001:2015 certification.

To implement this policy, Quality objectives and procedures have been developed to define how the system operates throughout the company. Thus, among our QA\QC objectives are to: 

  •  • Maintain a Quality Management system in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 and other international standards.
  •  • Maintain and improve SNC reputation in the market for quality management and quality workmanship.
  •  • Ensure Quality compliance with the standards prescribed in relevant contracts, codes, statutory and regulatory requirement.
  •  • Promote Leadership in Quality Management as it shall be the responsibility of each and every employee.
  •  • Provide a reliable and effective document control to ensure all activities occur to the correct documents and specifications and any changes are          approved and identified.
  •  • Quality control shall be analyzed and evaluated to its purpose and to address risk of opportunities to achieve a satisfactory outcome of products and    services.
  •  • Ensure quality assurance extends to all activities and embraces planning, procurement material receipt, storage, manufacture, installation and inspection
